✔️ Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
✔️ Maintain inventory records and daily sales reports
✔️ Represent the brand in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications:
✔️ High school graduate or above
✔️ Excellent communication and people skills
✔️ Sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
✔️ Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
✔️ Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented

✔️ Craft high-quality leather watch straps and personalized leather products.
✔️ Follow Hunter Tradition’s standards for quality, finishing, and attention to detail.
✔️ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools.
✔️ Accurately complete order forms, inventory tracking, and daily reports.
✔️ Collaborate with store partners and teammates to meet production and sales goals.
✔️ Attend training, meetings, and skill development sessions as required.
✔️ Uphold professionalism and reliability during training, probation, and employment.
Qualifications:
✔️ Passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail
✔️ Willingness to learn and undergo training (provided for free)
✔️ Ability to work with leather and basic hand tools
✔️ Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
✔️ Responsible, reliable, and punctual
✔️ Able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
✔️ Basic communication skills for teamwork and reporting
